Since I have a bunch of time on my hands now, I’ve been trying to catch up with media I’ve been downloading and finally have a chance to watch. In the midst of all the porn, I downloaded a little British sci-fi/drama show about a vampire, a werewolf and a ghost sharing an apartment. Hilarity does not ensue. Not sure how I came across the name of the Being Human but I chalk it up to nerdy accidentally discovery like East of the Eden.
If one more person tells me about how great Scott Pilgram, using the analogy “the Harry Potter of comics,” I’m going to projectile vomit.
“We’ll kill things, blow things up, it’ll be fun!”
...And I'm a nerd, a black nerd, unabashed and not ashamed. Been blogging off and on for almost 10 years, starting with a brightly colored Geocities page and now this little gem of loosely pieced together php madness. I had some big ambitions for this site, to tell the story of young black kid from Philadelphia who loves comic books, Kung Fu movies and cartoons.

It seems that I can’t have a birthday or a major holiday without going through some heartbreak. With everyone talking about friends, family and love ones, just exacerbates the feeling of isolation. I should stick to guns and ultimately stay by myself. That way no one will get hurt especially me.
